Socrates

Socrates was born in 470 BC at the city of Alopece, Athens. He was an ancient Greek philosopher and is credited as a founder of western philosophy and one of the first ever moral philosophers of the ethical tradition. He died in 399 BC by execution of forced poisoning. 

“To find yourself, think for yourself.” 

This quote describes forming your own opinions and not relying on others.

“Those who are hardest to love need it the most.”

It means to love people differently based on how hard it is to love them.
